Well we don't have our kids pumpkins yet but we did buy the lights to go inside of them. They have pumpkins on them, it was hard to get a good picture because the lights flash and i would either get it when the purple lights were out or the white lights were out. when i got this one i really liked it because 3 purple lights were on and 3 white lights were on.

Day 40 spiders

Here are 2 spiders the top one is in my house and the bottom one was just outside my door. I like the bottom picture I just wish i could have gotten a better picture, he was just sitting in the middle of his web. I think spiders a cool so when we have one in the house I have my husband take it out side but he killed the spider that was in the house right after I took the picture, I yelled at him for it.

Day 39 thermostat

Here my thermostat, we had to get is one because the boys kept turn to the old one and it would get hot so I would go check the tempter and it would be 80 to 90 in our house. This ones nice because we can hold a temp and they cant change it.

Day 38 My Cat

This is the best cat we owned, hes loves to cuddle. He lets the boys do anything they want to him. He is 4 years old, I got him when i was 8 months pregnant with William, he was going to be Williams cat but he claimed me. We call him Fat Boy, because hes fat.

Day 37 favorite artist (Octavius)

My favorite artist is my son who used shoe polish on his self and thought that he looked cute, 10 minutes before we had to leave. So I had to give him and bath, and up guessed it we was late. Good thing it was something to importing it was Williams tae kwon do class.

Day 36 Something Borrowed

Well this was borrowed from my sister-in-law, but my son kept it so long she gave it to him and got herself a new one. William loves this show, we watch it all the time. He did not care for the first one, but loves the 2nd one. He know it by heart now it is so cute.

Day 35 Something Blue

This is my something blue, its my sons bath sponges there shampoo and my husbands shampoo, and my walls are blue. My bathroom is done in dolphins, I love dolphins.

Day 34 Something New

This is my something new my mother-in-law got it for us, it is our early Christmas gift. It was starting to get cool out, and we did want to turn our gas heater one because we need a new filter. I love it, because now i can sit and watch a fire anytime I want even if it is fake. This keeps our house any where between 70 and 75.

This is my husbands, it is a very old gun. I forget what kind it is, I believe its an m44, but not sure. I'm trying to catch back up, I am 16 day behind. We been busy working out, cleaning the house, and spending time with our boys.

Day 32

This is our 7 day weather forecast, we do not get the new paper so I got on looked it up. Today was chilly for me, but my husband loved it. It looks like we will be going to a walk tomorrow, we are both trying to loss weight, and we also in a competition were we have to pay if we gain weight. Today was are 2^nd week and I gained, witched made me upset. I’m glad its not going to rain everyday this week, it only suppose to rain at night tonight and tomorrow night. Today was a good day other than it being chilly and me gaining weight. We meet John’s mom and sister at the mall to eat lunch and to let the boys play at the play ground that in the mall. They had fun until we had to leave so William could go to class. He had a good class tonight and I walked in the gym with my sister and sister-in-law. If anyone has any dieting ideas please let me know I need to loss 40 lbs.

Day 31 Favorite Candle

It will be up tomorrow along with day 30 and 32.

Today theme is favorite candle, I love candles I can’t really burn them because my sons blow them out and I’m afraid one of them will get burned. So I got a candle warmer from my sister for Christmas, and I use it all the time. My favorite candle is lilac, so my picture is of my lilac candle on my warmer. John doesn’t like the smell of lilac candles most of the time but he doesn’t mind this one, it really smells like the flower.

Day 30 Favorite Hoodie

Well your not going to believe this. John had to work and I wanted to go on a walk so I want to my dads to walk with my Aunt, and to get my camera. Well John pick us up at 12am and I forgot my camera again so my picture from yesterday and today will be up tomorrow along with my picture for tomorrow.

Today’s theme is favorite hoodie, here’s mine I got it when I was 8 months pregnant with William. John and I went to a Indians game with a group of people, it was like a tour. It was July but it was a cold day and I didn’t bring a coat so John bought me the hoodie. It was kids day so I asked if I could have the shirt for William and the guy gave it to me, I didn’t think he would. The shirt is still to big for him but he knows its his and that mommy got it for him when he was in my belly. Back to my hoodie I love my hoodies big so I still ware it.

Day 29 First Sign of Fall

Well my blog will be up late again, AEP came and turned off the power to everyone to cut branches and to put up new lines. I don't know what time they turned the power back on because we went to my dads then me and the boys went to the football game. Well now I'm home and I remembered I left my camera at my dads so my picture will be up tomorrow.

Ok these 2 pictures are of the AEP guys, the sign is in our drive way. William thought they was selling our house, he was very up set. He told John to hit the sign, so no one would buy it. Then he said that his dogs wouldn’t let any one in our house.

The first sign of fall for me is high school football and marching band. I was in the marching band for 4 years and loved it. So my other pictures are of the football team running through the band tunnel, the football teams playing, and the cheerleaders with 181 little girl that the cheerleaders had a camp for. They was so cute, and Dover won 59-7. The game was very boring and it rained on and out the whole game, well not really rained in sprinkled. The football game pictures are a little fuzzy because I didn’t want to take my camera to the game so I used my phone to take the pictures.

Day 28 Octavius

Well I didn’t want to go with the theme, and I relied I didn’t have a picture of Octavius by himself. So I picture is of Octavius on his toy box that he got for Christmas. Well Octavius is 2 years old, and is orny as all get out. Him and William got each got a toy boxes for Christmas last year they have a fire truck and a train on the front of them and there names on the top. Octavius keeps blocks in his toy box.

Day 27 The Storm

Well my picture will be up later today because the power went out at 2:30 pm, we just got our power back on at 12:41 am and I'm ready for bed.

Well I was late putting up my blog again, but this time it wasn’t my fault. We got a storm blow though at 2pm, and we lost power at 2:30pm and we didn’t get it back on until 12:41am. Well the theme was best friend and I was going to take a picture of my husband, who is my best friend and the love of my life. We have been together 11 years, we are high school sweet hearts. But William was looking out my bedroom window and I though it was cute so that’s what my picture is of. The tree in our side yard was toughing the ground I though we was going to loss it, and that is what William and I was looking at.

Day 26 Our Hike

Well I didn’t know what to do for today’s theme is a random placed object in your home/work/school etc....an object that is out of place or random. So I’m going to use a picture from our hike today. My pictures are of William sitting on a stump that he found and asked me to take a picture of him, Octavius walking the dogs(Belle and Bandit), and Xavier in the back pack ( John took this one because I was carrying him), after the picture of Xavier was taken I took him out of the back pack since we couldn’t keep his head back while he slept. We hiked for over an hour, it was about 2 ½ miles. John’s mom and sister went with us, Liz ended up carrying Octavius most of the time because it was his nap time, and he was very tired, he was also getting mad because he wanted to walk the dogs but they kept pulling him down. It was a little hot today for a hike but I enjoyed it anyways. Today is also day 2 of my diet, I’m hoping to lost all of my baby fat and then some, I would love to loss 35 pounds. My husband is dieting with me so that should help.

Day 25 Someone Sleeping

I have 3 sleeping beauty so I could not pick just one. Octavius and Xavier fell asleep before we got to Norma Johnson Center, William fell asleep after are 2 ½ mile walk. William is feeling under the weather right now but getting out in the fresh air seemed to help a little bit. It was a awesome day to go for a walk, and I’m so proud of my little troopers for walking the whole time, well Octavius did get carried a little bit but not much, Xavier was carried the whole time in one of the baby backpacks John carried him the first half and I carried him the last half. We saw a lot of butterflies, a few spiders, a grasshopper, and a cricket. William was so excided, he even caught a butterfly.

 

Day 24 Purple

I have my picture, but we had a busy day setup the haunted house. We got to the building at 1 pm and didn't leave until 10pm. So I'm tired and going to bed so the picture will be up tomorrow.

Yesterday’s theme was purple, I took my picture yesterday, but was to tired to put it on last night. Well I took a picture of my morning glories, I think they look purple with pink stars, but my husband thinks they look blue. I don’t really like the color purple but I love purple flowers, so that’s why my pictures of flowers again. So on our walk today we saw purple flowers/weeds, so I also put them up. Yesterday was nice even though I spent most of the day inside. But I got to talk with some ladies, and help make a 100 foot tunnel, for the haunted house.

Day 23 Orange

Ok so today we had to go to Wal-Mart to get a birthday gift, then I had to take John to work, so me and the boys could go to a birthday party. We ended up getting to the party 2 hours early so the boys were just playing out side of the gym. It so happens that there was a party before the party, we knew them too because they go to tae kwon do too. So they told us to come in and they the boys play with the other kids, so we went to 2 parties today. But now to my picture today’s theme is orange, so my picture is of my boy’s mums. The mums are for there club house William picked them out there is 2 of the one for either corner. They are a orange/yellow they are very pretty.

Day 22 "W"

My post will be up late again. I hate putting it up late, but again today I helped set up the haunted house.

I hate putting my blog up late but I was so tired. But here’s my picture it’s of my willow tree figurines. I got most of them from my mother-in-law. I love them they are so cute, I want to get more. I got the one of the man and woman for our wedding from my mother-in-law. I got the pregnant woman from my Aunt Cindy when I got pregnant for our first son William. I got John the father and baby for his first fathers day gift. The woman and the child I got from my mother-in-law at Christmas. I got the woman and the 2 boys when Octavius was born from my dad, he gave it to me in the hospital. I got the 2 boys from my mother-in-law after Octavius was born too, but she gave it to me after we got home. The little boy holding the heart I got from my mother-in-law for my birthday when William was still the only child. I got the family of 4 shortly after Octavius was born from John. The angel I got from my mother-in-law for Christmas last year. I want to find a family of 5 but I’m not having any luck.

Day 21 Cleaning supplies

Today’s theme is your favorite cleaning supplies, this is my favorite it work on everything. It’s call awesome, it clean will to, I don’t know what I would do with out it. Its also cheap, we can get it a the dollar tree or Wal-Mart. Today was an ok day I was working out with some ladies where William goes to Tye Kwon Do, we just got started when Mr. Meese came in with the kids because of a tornado. It touched down in New Phila, which was where we were. A lot of places are with out power and a lot of roads are closed. I was scared but didn’t show it because of all the kids. One little girl was worried about her dog, so I was telling her everything was going to be ok, and praying it was. Everything is fine now but a lot of people are without power and a lot of large trees are down.

Day 20 "X"

Today’s theme is celebration, did really have anything to celebrate today other than live so I just did me own theme which is “X”. So here is my picture for today my boys xylophone. It’s shaped like a puppy and it a piano too. It’s drum stick is a dog bone. It also has wheels when you roll it around it’s tail wags. They have a lot of musical instruments so we usually have a band all the time, but I love it. Today was another awesome day we had a picnic at the park, fed the geese, then played on the playground. The boys had a lot of fun, I’m just hoping it doesn’t get cold for awhile. I’m not ready for winter just yet, but winter is one my favorer seasons.

Day 19 "Y"

Well we do not have cable so I’m noting going with the theme. So I’m going to go with my theme of “Y”. This is my son Williams Yamaha 4 wheeler he got it for Christmas. He loves it when the remote has batters lol, we go though batters like crazy.

 He really wants a real one, but right now we live in town and he’s only 4. Someday we plane on getting him one, even if he just uses it for hunting. For now he’ll have to live with his power wheels 4 wheeler. He makes ramps and ramps it, its so cute. He gives Octavius rides too, that is cute too. It’s a Yamaha too, but there daddy needs to work on it or I could have gotten a picture of them riding on that today. Today was a very good day we went on a walk and they picked up pinecones we are going to make stuff with them. Not sure of what just yet so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Day 18 No Theme

So today there was no theme, so I wanted to take a picture of my rose of sharon. We got it last year it didn’t bloom or grow so I didn’t think it would every get flowers. But this year it took a long time but it got flowers. We didn’t know what color it was going to be so I was cool to finely know. It is light pink with darker pink inside it is so beautiful. John told me if we have a little girl we should name her Sharon Rose, I’m not sure if I like if. I have a while to think about it, because we aren’t have another baby for at least 2 years, and then it will probably be another boy. Oh well I love my boys.

But then my husband wanted apple cider, so he started to make it. It smells and looks so good I had to blog about it too. I don’t like apple cider, but he said homemade tested different so I’m going to try it. Here the recipe, he used.

16 -20 apples (I used gala for a less tart or intense taste)

1 -2 cup sugar

8 tablespoons cinnamon (or 4 cinnamon sticks)

8 tablespoons allspice

Change Measurements: US

Metric

Directions:

1 Quarter your apples (no need to remove peel or seeds).

2 In a large stock pot add your apples and fill with water--just enough to cover the apples.

3 Add your sugar.

4 Wrap your cinnamon and allspice in a doubled up cheese cloth and tie, and add this to the apples and water.

5 Boil on high for one hour (uncovered) checking on it frequently.

6 Turn down heat and let simmer for two hours (covered).

7 Take off the heat after two hours of simmering and let cool.

8 Remove spices and mash up the apples to a pulp like consistency (a potato masher works well for this).

9 Once cool pour into a strainer over a large bowl. When most of the juice has drained away, put the remainder of the pulp into a doubled up cheese cloth and squeeze over the bowl until no more juice comes out.

10 (At this point you can either restrain the juice to get out the little bits of pulp that remain with a cheese cloth draped inside the strainer to catch them or just leave it like I do).

11 You can store in an air tight container in your refrigerator for up to a week or you can freeze it for later use if you like.

12 Reheat in the microwave or on the stove and enjoy either plain or you can add caramel syrup or caramels, whipped topping with cinnamon or, like my neighbors did if you like it really sweet, with marshmallows or marshmallow creme.

13 also you could make this a diabetic recipe by omitting the sugar and adding diabetic sweeteners to taste in place of the sugar or none at all.

Day 17 Clouds on a Sunny day

I'm going to post my picture tomorrow, because we had a busy day. We got up when to church, took William and Octavius to my Aunt’s house, then John and I went to Meese Martial Arts to help set up the haunted house. We just got home at 10 pm and I’m so tired, so I’m going to bed. I love looking at the clouds and looking for animal shaped ones. Today I was a really cool cloud in looked like it had a turtle in it but I didn’t have my camera with me. Today was beautifully, even though my day was long and spent most on it inside setup for the haunted house.

Day 16 Remembrance 9-11

So today is 9-11, 9 years ago today four commercial passenger jet airliners was hijacked by 19 hijackers. Two of the airplanes crashed into the Twin Towers in New York City. Both building collapsed within two hours. One airplane crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The last airplane crashed into a field near Shanksville in Pennsylvania, which the hijackers redirected toward Washington, D.C., this airplane flew over my home town. I remember were I was, I was in High School 3rd period when another teach came in and told my teach to turn on the T.V. because the Twin Towers were hit. We watched the T.V. the rest of the day. 2,977 including the 19 hijackers were killed. There were 246 on the planes, 2,606 in New York City in the towers and on the ground, and 125 at the Pentagon, all were civilians except for 55 military personnel. There was 411 emergency workers. The New York City Fire Department lost 341 firefighters and 2 paramedics. The New York City Police Department lost 23 officers. The Port Authority Police Department lost 37 officers and 8 ETMs and paramedics. I got all the information of how many people die from goggle.com. My picture is of my husbands 9-11 tee shirt, he’s on the fire department for Midvale. The shirt says Firefighters Remembrance 343 This number symbolizes the dedication of all firefighters. It stands for all our fallen brothers on that horrific day. Our brothers will never be forgotten and their spirits are always with us.

Day 15 Music

Today was a busy day for us so my post will be up late, my husband and I are helping set up a Haunted House at Meese Martial Art. Sorry for the delay.

Music is the theme today. I love music I played trumpet in Dover High School Marching Band, I loved it. Now that I have kids, we play the radio more often. When I’m cleaning we turn the radio on and dance, I like we do more dancing than cleaning but oh well. My picture today is of the radio that we listen to all the time. Even in the car we have the radio on singing and dance the best we can.

Day 14 Art

Today theme is art my kids love to paint and color. I wanted to get a picture of William and Octavius painting a picture, but like everyday we was not home much. After dinner William laid down on the floor and fall asleep, so I was going to take a picture of just Octavius painting but in was past his bed time. So John didn’t want him to paint and get all mess at 10:30 pm, and I didn’t wanted him too either. He’s a very mess painter lol, but what 2 year old isn’t. So we decide to just let him color, it was very hard to get a picture of him coloring, because he wanted to cuddle with Belle (our dog) on the couch, and he was very tired. But here’s the picture I got of him and his lovely art work. The boys art is the best art in my opinion, so that’s why I wanted to get a picture of them. I have a lot of art work from them, we usually have a art gallery on our refrigerator.

Day 13 One thing I can't live without in my morning routine

Today theme is one thing I cant live with out in my morning routine. I know it says one time but I have 2 I guess. I love to cuddle with my two oldest boys, and can’t wait until Xavier will be able to cuddle (with out being smashed). My husband told me I can’t go with out caffeine without being a bear, I think I could go with out the caffeine, but I’m not look forward to

the day when my kids don’t want to cuddle. So for now I take all the cuddling I can get, and love every second. The top picture is the one I took of me and the boys cuddling, I couldn’t get a very good one, my arms aren’t long enough. So I had John take one of the 3 of us, I wanted to use them both because the challenge is for me to take the picture. Today was a good day not to hot but not to cold, I wanted to take the boys to the park but we just ran out of time.

Day 12 Glass

Today’s theme is glass, so my picture is of my name and a dolphin. The dolphin I got when we was on vacation in Hawaii ( we went to Hawaii in 1997) I got it in a little street markets, which they have a lot of. I got it because I love dolphins. My name I got when my family and I was on vacation in the Bahamas (we when to Bahamas in 1998), I got it at a mall kiosk the guy handmade different things out of glass, we watched him make a few things, but we left and came back to pick up our names ( my sister got one too). Today we were busy, and wasn’t home at all so that’s why my blog is so late.

Day 11 Hobbies

I have 2 hobbies that I love. One is gardening and the other is photography. So I took this picture of mums we just got for the boys club house with pictures I took of each of our boys. I love taking pictures so that one reason I started the challenge, the other reason I started it was to see if I could because if you look at most of my blogs you can see I’m not very good at it so I thought this might be one way to help me get better at it. I want to go to school for photography but right now I mostly take pictures of our boys and some of my family. I also love to garden and always have, I think what made me so interested in gardening was I use to help my grandma plant her flowers when I was younger (well I still do help her plant them). I’m not the best at gardening, because I hate pulling the weeds, but I usually get pretty nice flowers(and they are big). The one flower I have the hardest time with is my roses, I can’t seem to get nice ones.

Day 10 Electronics

Today’s theme is electronics so my picture is of my sell phone on my computer. They both are my favorite so couldn’t pick just one. I love to text, and usually send 200 texts a day, so I get to talk to an adult which is nice don’t get me wrong I love my boys to death but talking to a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a 4 month old, isn’t much fun. My computer is another one of my favorite because I can get on face book and talk to my friends, and if my 4 year old asked a question (which he asks a lot of questions, but I love it) and I don’t know the answer I get on ask.com to find it out for him. I had a great day with my family, we went out to eat. Then William, my Aunt Cindy and I went to Lowes to get mums for my Grandma. William helped plant them Octavius try to help too. Then William Octavius and I went on a little walk to get buckeye’s (John helped too) we got 3 buckets full. I don’t know what we are going to do with them just yet but we’ll find something to do with them.

Day 9 My Car

This is my 2003 Ford Focus ZTW, it is the 3rd car my husband and I’ve owned together. We are always on the go we spend most of our in our car. The drivers side passenger window is cover in Williams stickers, every time we go though the bank he gets one, and we have a fire department sticker too. We also have a light bar on the dash and had siren but John William and Octavius played with it to much and blew the speaker. Our car seats 5, so the back seat is stuffed with 3 car seats, its tight but wouldn’t have it anyway. We are looking into getting a 2nd car (bigger). I can’t wait! I love our car because when we go grocery shopping we can put everything in the back, it’s nice and big it has a cover to pull over the food too so it’s not in the sun while we are in other stores. There’s not a lot to say about our car, but it gets good gas mileages so that a good thing. My picture is dark because I didn’t know the theme until late, because we wasn’t home most of the day( like usual lol).

Day 8 work place

This is my work place, and yes it’s my house. I’m a stay at home mom, not many people count that as a job, they think it’s a lifestyle, but I think it‘s a 24/7 job. I do most of the cooking and cleaning, however I have a wonderful husband if he sees something needs done he does it without being asked to. I have 3 wonderful boys, that I love spending my whole day with them, we don‘t do anything without our kids, if our kids can‘t do we don’t want to do it either.

My husband and I have not been on a date in 3 ½ years, but we don’t mind at all, it‘s part of bringing parents, that’s the way I look at it anyways. I’m also teaching our oldest son kindergarten, and potty train our middle son, plus I baby-sit when people need me. I love my job I might not get paid with money but I do get paid with hugs and kisses from my boys. Some day’s I don’t do a good job keeping the house clean, the dishes all done and the laundry all done, but I look at my day and see how much fun my kids and I have and I’m happy. This is how I feel if you don’t like the way my house is don’t come because I’m not trying to please anyone but God, my husband and my kids. I’ve never had a “real job” but I think the best job in the world is being a mommy/wife.  William's looking out the window to see what I'm doing, and when I can back in he said I want to see what you took a picture of, so I told him the house. He then asked why lol I told him I was selling the house and everything in it. That just made him cry he didn't want his toy gun sold lol, I am so mean.

Day 7 "Z"

So if Kayla and I don’t like the theme we are going to copy Elicia’s idea but I’m working from the end of the alphabet. So the letter “Z”, I wanted to take a picture of William coloring a zebra but we were busy today, so while we were at Wal-Mart I saw this zebra so I took a picture of it just in case I didn’t get to get the picture of William. After Wal-Mart William had weapons class for tae kwon do, and then my Dad picked him up to spend the night out at Atwood Lake, so they could sit by the fire (witch Williams been wanting to do all summer). So my picture is of this zebra, the boys and I play with it every time we go by it. I think it is so cute, I might get Xavier it or the elephant.

Day 6 Favorite Candy

Ok so as you can see my favorite candy is a kit kat. I don’t eat much candy but when I do its usually a kit kat. I remember the song for them and everything, so since I don’t have much to say about it I’m going to put the song on here. Day 5 My Hero

This is my husband he is my best friend and he’s my hero. He’s volunteer Firefighter for Midvale and works for Smith Ambulance. He’s been on the department for 5 years. He’s worked for Smith for 3 years. He’s been on 3 fires and so far hasn’t had to get anyone out of a fire thank God for that. Not that I think he can’t, I know he could if he had to, I’m just glad that everyone was alright and that he didn’t have to risk his life to help someone else. However the houses and bar was burnt completely down. He’s also saved lives with Smith and running as a EMT for the department. I go to him if one of our boys are sick or hurt. Day 4

I don’t have a place I like to rest other than my house, so I just took this picture of my youngest son Xavier. He’s 4 months old and just found his feet about 5 weeks ago. He’s always putting his toes in his mouth, he love to suck his big toe and his pacifier it is so cute. In this picture he has his bug eyes, he also does that all the time. He’s trying to sit up in his car seat in this picture too.
